Egyptian Hieroglyphics

Ms Montalbano found a great website that I'd like to share with you..
Soon 3rd grade will start  exploring communities around the world! One place we will stop is EGYPT! I've noticed in the past that children love to learn how to write with HIEROGLYPHICS, this site is so cool.

Little things like this really do make me happy! LOL
let your child try writing their name using this
Hieroglyphics  tool!

You can also check out the Brooklyn Museum
(located at 200 Eastern Parkway Brooklyn, New York 11238-6052)
and book a trip to view the Art in Ancient Egypt gallery
I go every year and the students love to see mummy section!
